My go to spot!
My go to spot when ordering in the NJ area! I have done two catering orders and had the pleasure of working with Rosemarie on both occasions. She was helpful and made every effort to have a next day catering order fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner. Overall, taste was top notch and was of true Jamaican nature, with all the spices and seasonings that Caribbean cooking is known for.

This is, by far, the absolute best Jamaican Restaurant in New Jersey. Period. My wife and I ordered two entrees: Stewed Chicken with rice and peas, and Curry GOAT with rice and peas. I added a couple of patties because they are so delicious. The food at Cool Runnings is so succulent and fresh, that it reminded me of our favorite vacation resort in Jamaica! The staff there is courteous and accommodating. Do yourself a favor and try this hidden gem of Caribbean cuisine nestled in Roselle NJ! You won't be disappointed.

Cool Runnings serves the best and most authentic Jamaican Cuisine by far! Our company has ordered their catering services plenty of times, and we plan to get them again! The food is delicious and super affordable --the jerk shrimp is always the first dish to go! There is plenty of variety, so everyone found something on the menu they liked. Our catering came on time, and the manager helped us out a lot. Thank you Cool Runnings for making our company luncheon something special this year!

This restaurant cool running is one of the best restaurants I have ever eat Jamaican food from, I’ve had some jerk chicken and rice and peas with cabbage it was all amazing and tasty
